Elon Musk’s X Corp. has reportedly agreed to settlement talks on arbitration claims from about 2,000 workers laid off after Musk bought Twitter in October 2022.
“After 10 months of urgent them in each path we’ve got succeeded in getting Twitter to the desk,” legal professional Shannon Liss-Riordan wrote in a memo to shoppers that was quoted in a Bloomberg article at present. “Twitter desires to mediate with us in a world try and settle all claims we’ve got filed.”
Bloomberg stated it obtained the Liss-Riordan memo from a former Twitter worker. The memo reportedly stated that non-public negotiations with a mediator are scheduled for December 1 and December 2.
