When Google launched Evening Sight on the Pixel 3, it was a revelation.
It was as if somebody had actually turned on the lights in your low-light pictures. Beforehand unimaginable photographs grew to become doable — no tripod or deer-in-the-headlights flash wanted.
5 years later and taking pictures at the hours of darkness is previous hat — nearly each cellphone up and down the value spectrum comes with some type of night time mode. Video, although, is a distinct story.
