The state of Tennessee can pay $150,000 to settle a lawsuit introduced by Dr. Michelle Fiscus, the state’s former high vaccination official who was fired in July 2021 after selling COVID-19 vaccinations within the early levels of the lethal delta wave.
The state claimed Fiscus was fired over complaints about her management strategy and her dealing with of an informational letter to well being suppliers relating to the state’s regulation on the vaccination rights of minors. Fiscus countered with a point-by-point rebuttal of the state’s claims, releasing years of efficiency critiques that rated her work as “excellent.”
