I traded in my MacBook and now I’m a desktop convert

When the M3 MacBook Airs got here out final month, I did a great ol’ double facepalm that Captain Picard could be pleased with. The wedge form was no extra (kinda). My M2 MacBook Air 15 was barely too large, too heavy, and it doesn’t matter what sure folks say, 8GB of RAM was not slicing it. Analyzing the varied MacBook Air and MacBook Professional configurations and costs made my head damage. Fascinated with lugging round a heavier laptop computer made my again damage.

So I mentioned, “Screw it. I’m going again to the desktop life.” I traded in my M2 Air and obtained myself a Mac Mini.

It made sense. I’ve a work-issued M1 MacBook Air — a delightfully light-weight wedge that’s greater than sufficient for infrequent journeys to the workplace. At residence, I exploit my telephone for all the pieces besides…
