Google scraps $15 billion cope with lead developer of Silicon Valley campus tasks

Google has ended its settlement with Lendlease, the lead developer it had been working with on 4 main campus tasks in Silicon Valley. In an announcement printed earlier on Friday, Lendlease stated each corporations had agreed to finish the deal after figuring out that “the prevailing agreements are not mutually useful given present market circumstances.”

The deal coated Downtown West in San Jose, Moffett Park in Sunnyvale, and Middlefield Park and North Bayshore in Mountain View. The Wall Avenue Journal notes that developments might have totaled over 15 million sq. toes of “workplace, residential, retail and different house.”
