Blizzard devs know their Diablo IV patch was unhealthy

Three administrators engaged on Diablo IV held a campfire chat livestream yesterday saying they may change how they roll out patches, after an incremental verison 1.1.zero patch for the sport abruptly nerfed gamers’ builds (by way of IGN). And so they promise updates like that received’t occur sooner or later — no less than, not the way in which it went down this week.

Within the livestream, affiliate director Joe Piepiora, recreation director Joe Shely, and group chief Adam Fletcher acknowledged complaints concerning the patch, which massively diminished participant energy for some builds. Fletcher mentioned of the discount that, “we all know it’s unhealthy, we all know it isn’t enjoyable,” and added, “we don’t plan on doing a patch like this ever once more.”
