There’s actually no different strategy to say this: I like to avoid wasting trash. Receipts from favourite shops or meals, pamphlets and maps from journeys, ticket stubs, and clothes tags — if some scrap is from a cherished reminiscence and even merely well-designed, I tuck it away in random corners of my house and largely neglect about it till I’m going searching for one thing else.

The impulse to hoard documentation is probably going annoying to anybody who lives with me. Sadly for them, it’s additionally excellent for my job.
