Microsoft’s new Edge browser is randomly crashing when customers sort into the handle bar tonight. The problems seem like affecting Edge customers who’ve chosen Google because the default search engine. Microsoft says it’s conscious of the issues and the corporate’s Edge staff is investigating.
Microsoft recommends turning off Search Recommendations in edge://settings/search. The Verge has examined this workaround and it solves the issue if in case you have Google set as your default search engine.
