Google’s Materials You design is coming to Gmail, Calendar, and Docs on Android

Google is beginning to roll out its new Materials You design system to Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and extra on Android. The brand new look will embody modifications to navigation bars, improved motion buttons, and Google’s Sans textual content for higher readability. It’s a part of the larger Android 12 redesign that features huge, bubbly buttons, shifting colours, smoother animations, and a few overhauls to built-in apps.
