FAA will revoke YouTuber’s pilot license after airplane crash video


The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has demanded that YouTuber Trevor Jacob flip over his pilot license after he posted a video referred to as “I Crashed My Aircraft,” of a crash that the company suggests was staged, as reported by The New York Instances. Within the video (which you’ll watch right here), Jacob’s airplane seems to have an engine malfunction, and he jumps out of it whereas carrying a parachute. In a letter, the regulator informed Jacob that he “demonstrated a scarcity of care, judgment and accountability by selecting to leap out of an plane” and stated that Jacob “operated this flight to purposefully trigger [the plane] to crash.”
