Elon Musk’s X is suing California over its on-line moderation reporting invoice

Elon Musk’s X Corp. is suing the state of California over AB 587, a state invoice requiring social media platforms to report back to the state lawyer normal, semiannually, how they’re tackling moderation of sure classes of speech. The criticism alleges that the invoice violates federal and state free speech legal guidelines as a result of it “compels firms like X Corp. to have interaction in speech towards their will,” as they’re pressured to decide on definitions for “politically-charged” points like hate speech or racism.
