Elon Musk needs to maneuver trial away from San Francisco over ‘native negativity’

Elon Musk has requested a decide to maneuver an upcoming trial for a shareholder lawsuit out of San Francisco, citing issues that the jury could have a bias towards him, as reported earlier by CNBC. In a Friday submitting, Musk requests that the decide relocate the trial to West Texas as a result of “native negativity” within the Bay Space surrounding Elon Musk and his companies, stopping a good trial.

The shareholder class motion lawsuit, which accuses Musk of manipulating Tesla’s inventory, stems from the billionaire’s now-infamous 2018 tweet that claimed he had the “funding secured” to take Tesla personal.
