Apple is “contemplating” releasing a brand new mannequin of Apple Watch with a rugged design supposed to guard the gadget “in additional excessive environments,” based on a brand new report.

Citing “individuals acquainted with the matter,” Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman writes that Apple has been exploring the concept of introducing a rugged Apple Look ahead to years—since a minimum of the launch of the unique Apple Watch in 2015.

The design would goal athletes, hikers, and others who might spend time in circumstances the present Apple Watch will not be designed to endure.
