Amazon CEO reportedly informed distant staff: ‘It’s most likely not going to work out’

Amazon CEO Andy Jassy has a message to staff who don’t wish to return to the workplace: “It’s not going to work out for you.” That’s based on a report from Insider, which says Jassy made that assertion throughout a gathering earlier this month.

Whereas Amazon ordered its staff to return to the workplace for 3 days per week beginning in Might, many Amazon staff weren’t completely satisfied in regards to the determination. Hundreds of employees signed a petition towards the mandate and staged a walkout in response.

That clearly hasn’t modified Amazon’s place on the matter. In a recording of the assembly obtained by Insider, Jassy informed employees, “It’s previous the time to disagree and commit,” including that “should you can’t disagree and commit… it’s most likely not going to…
