Amazon buyer assist staff makes geography fail and inadvertently unites Eire

An Amazon assist member making an attempt to assist a subscriber on Twitter was apparently not totally on top of things on world geography after they steered to the consumer that Northern Eire wasn’t a part of the UK.

Chris Jones was tweeting to the AmazonHelp account on Saturday, asking why he wasn’t capable of view the Autumn Nations Cup, a world rugby event being live-streamed on Amazon Prime. After troubleshooting some potential technical points, the helper believed they’d discovered the issue: The match was solely accessible to Prime Members within the UK.
